최근USA투데이에 따르면 지난 4월 현재 전국 평균 주택가격은 35만 3,748달러인 반면 좋은 학군의 주택 평균가는 65만 1,662달러로 나타났다.
이번 조사는 아동용품 생산업체 치코 (Chicco)가 교육정보기관 니치가 발표한 탑 학군과 질로우의 주택가격 데이터를 기반으로 진행됐다.
